Mexican lasagna, a healthy family meal
sure to satisfy everyone's appetite!
Here is a quick and simple "What's for dinner?" solution, so you can relax and enjoy your evening. Place 3 cooked lasagna noodles in a 9 x 13 in. pan and spread with L'Héritage chili, then spread cottage cheese and frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained over second layer of lasagna noodles, repeat layers. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar, mozzarella or tex-mex shredded cheese. Bake in the oven until heated through. Serve with a crispy green salad.
